Fill out our form and tell us about your items. (Please mention any stamps or hallmarks like “925”, “535”, etc., as they indicate the metal’s authenticity.)
We will get back to you and ask for a few photos of your items.
Once we verify that your pieces are genuine silver or gold, we will provide instructions for sending them to us.
After receiving your items, we will issue you an Ottilia gift card based on the value of the silver or gold in euros (€).
